Love Quick Scanâ Recorders are capable of receiving and recording up to four process variable signals on a 4-inch strip chart. Each recording circuit is an independent self-balancing system. input voltages or pressures can be selected for the entire instrument or for each pen separately. The individual colored pens are supplied with ink from high capacity plastic capsules containing approximately a 6 month supply. Replacement is fast and easy from the front of the instrument.

Installation can be simplified by use of a Love mounting tray. All electrical connections are made to the tray so the instrument is quickly replaceable with no rewiring. With the recorder pulled partially out of its mounting tray, up to six hours of the chart record are visible through the window on the side. The chart moves within a removable cassette, simplifying loading.

Optional features include integral alarms, transmitter power supplies, and a servo locking feature. With servo locking, an integral timer blocks electrical power when the pen is at balance or pegged, reducing power consumption. Expandable mounting trays, sold separately, simplify installation and accommodate up to 10 instruments in a single panel cutout.
