The Series MF Thermal Mass Flowmeters serve a wide range of flow applications by directly measuring the molecular flow of gases. The mass flowmeter provides an accurate measurement of gas mass flow rate independent of changes in pressure or temperature. Models supply a linearly proportional 0-5 VDC output signal for recording or control purposes.
