W.E. Anderson Series 36R Self-Acting Temperature Control Valves feature self-contained valve, actuator and sealed thermal system in one compact unit providing instillation economy and long term reliability. Available wither Direct-Acting (valve closes on temperature rise ) or Reverse-Acting (valve opens on temperature rise), quick-opening double seated valve enables fast response for improved process control. Request Bulletin F-24N for valve sizing nomographs for liquids and steam.

  2. Specify operating temperature range selected from chart below. Consult factory with operating perimeters for non-standard Temperature Control Valve requirements.

SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS
Self-Acting Temperature Control Valve shall be (Direct-Acting) (Reverse-Acting) providing for valve (closure) (opening) on rise in temperature. Valve body shall be Bronze and Trim shall be precision machined Nickel Alloy for durability and corrosion resistance. Valve shall be double seated and quick opening for fast response. Self-contained thermal system shall include: 304SS bulb with 18" flexible extension; 10 ft. length of 304SS capillary with spirally wound armor; and stainless steel union connection with hub for instillation flexibility.
