A bronze body regulator with modular internals and integral strainer shall be installed to reduce pressures of 35 psi or less. The valve shall feature a stainless steel seat with an EPDM seat disc and diaphragm. The valve shall be a ½" 123LP by Watts Regulator.

Maximum Temperature: 180°F (82°C).
